What would be provided from a GP-led urgent care centre at Withybush / Glangwili Hospitals?

We need to undertake further work with our clinical and other staff, partners, and the public to engage on the detail of our service pathways. However, typically, a GP-led urgent care centre would provide care for injuries and illnesses, such as:

• sprains and strains
• wound infections
• broken bones (if not deformed/mis-shaped)
• minor burns and scalds
• injuries to the back shoulder and chest
• minor head injuries
• insect and animal bites
• minor eye injuries
• minor illnesses
